About Jesse Morton: I love selling real estate. It is a fast-paced industry where I can utilize my market knowledge, negotiation skills and experience as a landlord and investor, to help my clients successfully close a deal. It is crucial to maintain a balance between the sellers’ and buyers’ goals. As a seasoned negotiator, I enjoy the challenge of striking this balance while protecting my clients’ interests and facilitating a successful closing.
I have a strong work ethic that developed early as a child living in Michigan. Whether I was shoveling snow or mowing lawns, I enjoyed working hard and being my own boss. In 1990, I moved to Aspen where I founded a landscaping company that I successfully managed and grew into a thriving business; ultimately, I sold the business which enabled me to make a move to Los Angeles. These experiences have given me the “street smarts” to successfully connect and work with all types of people.
Negotiating a successful real estate deal is an intricate dance between the parties. I look forward to the novelty and challenges of every deal and work hard to exceed my clients’ expectations.

Being a 5th Generation Californian makes me appreciate all our state has to offer. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being active outdoors and giving back to our community. Playing baseball in college and being apart of a team makes me understand the importance of hard work, dedication, and doing the best I can to represent myself, partners trust and most importantly my clients.
